On May 3, the public was introduced to the new project team from HDR/Gilbane. The meeting included an overview of the Preliminary Engineering phase and questions from the audience. Some highlights:
- The Preliminary Engineering phase is underway and will get the project to 30% design.
- Station workshops with the community will occur in June and July.
- The process for finding the firm for the Design/Build phase will begin this fall, with the contract awarded next summer.
