TransitWorks, a not for profit organization in the Boston region, is working to improve the quality of our transit system by providing feedback from you to the MBTA. TransitWorks is conducting an MBTA Ridership Survey in order to collect this customer feedback. The results of the survey will be shared directly with the MBTA to help improve the quality of your transit experience on MBTA buses, trains, subways and boats.
TransitWorks is also seeking volunteers to log their experiences for a two-week period using the MBTA. The findings of all volunteers will be shared directly with the MBTA to help improve the quality of transit in our region.
