“We are spending a lot of time on these two particular stations because both of them have potential for a lot of development and these areas will be transforming over time,” said Karen Arpino-Shaffer, the deputy program manager for HDR Engineering and Gilbane Building Co. “Only 30 percent of the design is complete.”
